Marla Cornelius, MNA, is a Senior Project Director at CompassPoint Nonprofit Services. She is responsible for the creation and management of several research, leadership development and governance projects for nonprofit managers and leaders. She co-authored the national research reports Ready to Lead? Next Generation Leaders Speak Out in 2008 and Daring to Lead in 2011. Additionally, she develops curricula, trains and consults in the areas of staff management, personal development, performance metrics, and governance/boards of directors. Marla has a Masters degree in Nonprofit Administration from the University of San Francisco.
