The Institute for Educational Leadership (IEL) relaunched the DC chapter of the Leadership Learning Community (LLC) in partnership with the Nonprofit Roundtable of Greater Washington in 2007. We are very interested in bringing folks together to share the tools, resources, curriculum approaches, successful practices and challenges of our varied approaches to leadership development.

The next meeting of DC Leadership Learning Circle will be held on "Mentoring as Leadership Development". The meeting will feature a discussion with Eric Giles, the Program Manager of the Nonprofit Roundtable of Greater Washington. Please come prepared to share your experience with leadership mentoring programs.
