LLC Network: What's Our Secret Sauce?

As many of you know, the Leadership Learning Community got started 10 years ago with a few participants in the Bay Area that were committed to finding better ways to collaborate, learn together, and ultimately move the field of leadership forward.  We are now a national network of thousands of researchers, practitioners, funders and consultants that come together via online and face to face opportunities to collaborate, learn and innovate. We have come a long way, thanks to the great work of all of the people in the network.

Last week we reached out to a random sample of our community to help us answer a key question about our network - what is our secret sauce?  We received immediate responses from almost half of the people we asked and for far and this is what the community had to say:
