Background in leadership development (Education and/or Experience):

I am the Leadership Program Coordinator at the Minnesota Council of Nonprofits. I run the Nonprofit Leadership Program that consists of 6 parts: Public Policy Cabinet, Nonprofit Career Development, Nonprofit Leadership Institutes, Social Leader Action Networks, Informal Leadership Networks, Leadership Trainings and Events.

Current leadership development work (Roles and/or Positions):

Currently, MCN is in the 2nd year of the Nonprofit Leadership Institutes and the Social Leader Action Networks. The program is becoming more refined.

What do you hope to gain from and contribute to the learning community:

I hope to learn about how other people are approaching leadership development in the nonprofit sector as well the as the changing face of leadership of the nonprofit sector.
