Leadership Development
- Background in leadership development (Education and/or Experience):
- For the past five years my firm has been the national communications consultant for the W.K. Kellogg Foundation's Kellogg Leadership for Community Change (KLCC) program. I also am a former fellow of the Poynter Institute of Media Studies' media management program. During the past 25 years, I have held various communications positions at small and large nonprofit and postsecondary institutions. I hold a bachelor's degree in urban development from Bryn Mawr College and a master's in print journalism from the University of Southern California.

- My role within KLCC has been to help spread the word about the power of collective leadership among those engaged in leadership development.
- What do you hope to gain from and contribute to the learning community:
- I hope to learn more about what others are doing in the field of leadership development and to share my knowledge about collective leadership as practiced within KLCC of communications best practices with nonprofit leaders.
