- I do not have any educational background in leadership however I have been involved in the implementation of the trainings by LEAD Pakistan on Leadership.
- Current leadership development work (Roles and/or Positions):
- LEAD Pakistan have conducted and is conducting trainings on leadership since its inception in Pakistan in 1995. My role as a coordinator trainings in LEAD Pakistan is to coordinate all such trainings for our target audience.
- What do you hope to gain from and contribute to the learning community:
- I need some opportunities for personal capacity building on leadership skills and attributes. I also need guidance and ideas on the curriculum development and delivery of trainings on Leadership. I can contribute by sharing information about the LEAD Pakistan flagship trainings on leadership development.
