- I have worked in leadership positions for the past 16 years, both in the not for profit sector and now in the philanthropic sector. My leadership development experience has essentially been on the job training!
- Current leadership development work (Roles and/or Positions):
- I am currently the Director of the Community Clinics Initiative, which is a grantmaking and capacity building program jointly run by Tides and The California Endowment. I have been with CCI for the past 7 1/2 years. Prior to Directing, I was a Senior Program Officer.
