- Have coached ED's, CFO, CEO's, politicians, administrators for over 5 years. Have provided leadership development as trainer and coach for over 20 years. Taught Visionary Leadership course for JFK School of Management. Facilitated multicultural leadership seminars and retreats for over 15 years. Provided leadership development through the University of California Cooperative Extention 4-H Youth Development in Alameda County for professional and paraprofessional educators and volunteers for 13 years. Provide leadership and followership to the community through voluntary social justice work.
