The Leadership Learning Community is partnering with the Disparity Solutions Center to conduct an evaluation of the Disparities Leadership Program (DLP). The goals of the evaluation are to learn about the effectiveness of the DLP model to provide support and resources to teams of leaders from hospitals, community health centers and health plans so that they can effectively lead a process that addresses disparities within their organizations.
