We recently received a grant from the David and Lucile Packard Foundation to support a project that seeks to maximize the impact of networks and network strategies on social issues. As part of the project, we will partner with network experts, including June Holley and the Interaction Institute for Social Change, to examine what has worked to develop network leadership capacity and develop/prototype tools as well as practice approaches that aim to build the capacity of: 1.) networks to be more conscious about how to develop leadership in the network; and 2.) leadership programs to better equip their participants to effectively utilize network strategies and tools.
