Yes : KPHLI is open to public health workers and their community partners in Kentucky. The institute seeks applicants with experience and educational backgrounds in all areas of Public Health. Applicants must have the desire to facilitate change and demonstrate the ability to accomplish goals in a complex environment. Each year participants are selected to serve in the year-long leadership program.
