Yes : To enter the LEAD program applicants must fulfill the following requirements: Aged between 28 to 40 years. Must be residing in one of LEAD’s 14 member countries or regions. Demonstrated leadership ability or potential. Proficiency in English. Must have employer consent to fully participate in LEAD training days and travel. At least a basic level of computer literacy. LEAD also offers other bespoke training programs on leadership skills and sustainable development for groups and organizations all over the world.
