At Leadership Learning Community, we believe that the dominant leadership development model must to be challenged in order to address the needs of all people invested in leadership. This means engaging in innovative practices that elevate the voices of our diverse community, and ensuring that these conversations are accessible to everyone.
That’s why webinars are so central to our work. We practice networked leadership by facilitating online spaces for leadership practitioners, funders and social justice agents to connect, share resources, and learn forward-thinking concepts from one another on a regular basis.
Our monthly webinar series, which we launched in 2011, is attended by over 500 leadership practitioners, social and racial justice agents and nonprofit leaders each year. We encourage you to sign up for the next session and get access to the latest thinking in the field!
Do you identify as a BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, or People of Color) leader? We’d love to connect with you and learn more about your leadership efforts and needs.
