Consulting Philosophy: I partner with my clients. I begin by listening, learning and encouraging the co-design of our partnership. This stems from a main tenet of my philosophy: the most appropriate solutions and strategies for a leader's success comes from the leader. In co-designing our process, I acknowledge and champion the leader's expertise and from this place trust can grow. I then want to encourage the creation of a safe, confidential pace of reflection and learning. A place where the "pause button" can be pushed and where ideas, frustrations, celebrations, fears, assumptions, self-awareness and dreams can be shared and thoughtfully considered. And, actions and strategies, based on what has come from reflection and the honoring of core values, can be created and committed to.
