The LeaderSpark Program is for ALL youth. Program participants have come from a range of social and economic backgrounds; from large urban high schools to small private schools; from having diverse leadership experiences to having no leadership experience. This program provides the skills necessary to participate successfully in groups and to lead school organizations, the workplace and society.
The key components of the program include:
- 20 hours of interactive leadership training in six to eleven session format, involving 20-40 participants
- Unique and practical curriculum based on awareness, practice, and application of leadership skills
- A focus on five leadership areas

-Working with Groups
-Planning Projects (with goals set by participants)
-Dealing with Conflict
-Presenting Yourself
- Public Speaking and Interviewing
- A network of youth leaders and supportive adults
