The St. Joseph Worker Program (SJW) is a new kind of volunteer program that trains, supports, and mentors women to be change agents while meeting direct needs in the community and working for justice.

The SJW program integrates training and development components such as leadership trainings, retreats, workshops, community nights and mentoring relationships to gain skills and explore the core values. The St. Joseph Workers serve in a variety of different placements including education, health care, advocacy, social services, spirituality, and community organizing.
