The mission of the Youth Experiential Learning Program is to build leadership skills and character in youth. They work with students from public, independent, and home schools and create wonderful internship opportunities for them, especially in non-profits, arts & culture, environmental, sustainable business, and organic agriculture organizations. Youth Experiential Learning Program also links young people with a suitable mentor in her/his area of interest and provide training and guidance to make the internship as productive as possible. We monitor, follow up and evaluate the experience during and after the internship with both the student and mentor.
