- No conversation about liberation is complete without a discussion of power and how power is distributed. For this webinar we will be joined by Ananada Valenzuela, Interim Executive Director of RVC, a Seattle based organization that “promotes social justice by cultivating leaders of color, strengthening organizations led by communities of color, and fostering collaboration between diverse communities.”Ananda will share some of the innovative approaches RVC is utilizing to redistribute power within their organization and the work they are doing to expand leadership opportunities both internally and externally. We will also discuss how RVC centers equity and racial justice in their leadership approach. The conversation will be interactive with both large and small group components. We’ll have tech support on hand to guide participants through each part of the process.
